SB 590 - This act creates the crime of "trespass of a school
bus". Trespass of a school bus is a Class A Misdemeanor. A
person commits this crime by knowingly and unlawfully entering a
school bus or unlawfully operating a school bus. Unlawful entry
and unlawful operation of a school bus is any such entry or
operation not approved of and established in the district's
written policy on buses or authorized by specific written
approval of the school board.
